Individual/Private Sessions
Private sessions offer a nurturing safe space to explore the many facets of yourself as we identify the root cause of perceived limitations, trauma, blocks or to simply guide you through to the next phase of your journey. A Private session can be one session or on-going coaching is available. The session can be held in your own space, a private space, or remotely.
Group Sessions
Group sessions offer a powerful container for self-exploration as each person has their own unique experience depending on what their specific intention is through intuitive sound healing and meditation.
Some examples of Group sessions include grief focused healing, couples sessions, family sessions, and more.

Business Sessions
Business sessions offer a collective welcoming atmosphere to each individual’s unique experience as we explore and open our minds through meditation combined with sound and group exercises for deeper connection and understanding.
An example of a Business session can include private retreats, office visits, group sessions, including travel as needed.
